1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between basa8 ("the platform", "we", "us") and any individual ("you", "the player") who accesses or uses the basa8 website at basa8.live, the basa8 mobile application, or any related services. These terms apply to all activities on basa8, including account registration, deposits, withdrawals, gameplay, bonus participation, and use of the support service.

Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated balances may be forfeited and all accounts suspended pending investigation.

Providing false information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits

basa8 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though basa8 may apply limits to specific payment methods or accounts at its discretion.

Deposits are credited to your basa8 wallet in real time for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket). Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to appear in your account depending on the processing time of your bank. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact basa8 support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted.
• basa8 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your basa8 wallet. Contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made in error.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals on basa8 are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. basa8 aims to process all withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile money methods during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours.

Before your first withdrawal, basa8 requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of your payment method. This is a one-time process. Once verified, future withdrawals are processed without additional documentation unless basa8 has reason to request further verification.
